Ricardo Barlatier Started Out Life A Little Different Than Most.. Born In A Federal Prison In The State Of Florida To A Mother Of 3 (Including Ricardo) He Was Forced To Be Moved Around A lot Between Different Family Members. While His Mother Finished The Rest Of Her 3 Years And A Day Sentence Ricardo Was Moved To Freeport, Bahamas With His Maternal Grandmother, Only To Be Moved To Brooklyn, NY To Live With His Maternal Grandfather. Ricardo Grandfather Spent Many Years Trying To Raise Young Ricardo In Such A Tough Neighborhood And After Too Many Trials And Tribulations Ricardo, His 2 Older Sisters And Their Grandparents Were Moved To Framingham, MA (Where He Had Relatives). This Is When Ricardo Finally Met His Mother And When Life Started To Change Altogether…

Troubles At Home Lead To A Early Arrest At The Age Of 11 By The Age Of 12 Ricardo Was Already Serving 19 Months In Juvenile Detention.. When He Was Released The Family Sought To End Ricardo’s Trouble
d Childhood So They Yet Again Moved, This Time To Atlanta, GA. This Is When Music Bekame Influential In Ricardo’s Life Because He Had Nothing Else To Look Forward To. After Getting Familiar With Georgia Ricardo Stepped Out Into Some Of The Neighborhoods That Seemed Most Familiar To Him.. Starting With Union City, GA And The Eastside Of Atlanta. Decatur Which They Call infamous “Zone 6”. It Wasn’t Too Long Until Trouble Found Ricardo Once Again. After Being Sentenced To 2 And A Half Years in Atlanta Ricardo Was Kicked Out And Forced To Move Back To Framingham, MA To Live With His Mother. Things Didn’t Get Any Better Back In MA But One Thing He Found Salvation In Was His Music. Ricardo Linked Up With A Local Crew Named “BeanDream Productions” Which Didn’t Work out As He Planned, It Wasn’t Until Ricardo Met J-Envy (Of Spittin Wreckless Entertainment) That Music Started Taking Off And ” Ricky Gramz” Was Born. After About A Year Back In Framingham Gramz Moved Around a Little More First To Califo

rnia (LA, Hollywood And South Central) Then Moved Back To Florida’s Ft Lauderdale Area (Sistrunk) Only To Finally Land Back In Framingham. In-between Juggling The Streets And Music Gramz Still Managed To Sign A Management Deal With CEO Entertainment. After A Series Of Felony Arrests And Beating Kases They Tried To Pin On Him Gramz Built Quite A Reputation With The Local Authorities. After Being Picked Up For A String Of Firearms Violations (Which He Beat) He Was Recently Released 9/15/11. But During His Recent Incarceration Life As He Knew It Changed, While Locked Up Gramz Lost 3 Of His Closest Friends (Whom He Considered Brothers). After Taking A Loss Like That It Seemed To Open His Eyes But Even After Everything That Happen Gramz Was Recently Arrested And Is Currently Out On Bail For Drug Trafficking Pending Trial.. He Says “That Even Though I Know I Messed Up Sometimes It Takes Things Like This To Happen In Order To Really Straighten Up”. He Also Says If It Wasn’t For Music He Wouldn’t Have Anything Left And He Thanks God Everyday For His Talent And In The Name Of His Dead Brothers (Dollaz, Murda, And Chizzy) And All Those Who Love Him, Support Him And Listen To His Music, This Is His Last Chance And He Plans To Take Full Advantage.
